This guy has fantastic fiber with nice crimp and handle. His histogram results show an average micron of 19.7 He has that tight, high frequency crimp that makes your eyes pop!

He has won awards both in the ring and on the fleece judging table. His awards include Reserve Champion black fleece at the 2004 Heart of the Valley Show in Oregon. He has a 1/2 brother(same dam) that took 2nd place juvenile beige fiber in a very large class at MAPACA 2004. Another 1/2 brother has blue ribbons in both fleece and at halter.

His color is a rich dark brown bay black. He has a few small gray markings on his legs and 2 dime size gray spots on his flanks. He has very complete coverage too. His dam had a micron count of 16 at 4 years.

Thomas has nice correct conformation, good bone and is filling out very nicely.

He is halter trained and walks up to little children when they enter the pasture to give them a sniff then he is on his way. He enjoys eating pellets from your hand. He never gets in your face, just offers respectful attention.

He is of Bolivian/Chilean lineage and is going to produce some fabulously fibered cria! He should have a great chance of throwing both black and gray.

He is now making breeding dates and has a couple females settled already.

I would like to retain 4 breedings from Thomas with his sale.

Thomas is offered by: Chappell’s Alpaca Junction in Junction City, Oregon
